plug.
Loosentheairbleedplug,removetheplugiftheuid
doesnotow.
Fillthepumpwithnewcleanhydraulicuid.Installand
tightentheairbleedplug.
Starttheengineandrunitatlowidlespeed.Loosen
theairbleedplugonthepump.
Tightentheplugwhenairfreeuidcomesoutofthe
bleedplughole.
Cleantheareacompletely.

Swingreductiongear
Settheengineatalowidle,andloosentheairbleed
plug.Checkthatoiloozesfromthere.Atthistime,do
notperformswingoperation.
Ifoildoesnotooze,stoptheengine,removetheair
bleedplug,andllthemotorcasewithhydraulicuid
viatheairbleedport.Snugtightentheplugoftheair
bleedport.Settheengineatalowidle,andrunituntil
oiloozesfromtheairbleedport.Aftercheckingthatoil
hasoozed,fullytightentheairbleedplug.
Withtheengineatalowidle,performswingoperation
slowlyrightandleftattwoormorerevolutions.

Attachmentcylinders
Starttheengineandrunitatlowidlespeed.Extendand
retracttheattachmentcylinderrodsfourorvetimes
withoutbringingthemtoendofstroke.Thenrepeat
theoperationthreeorfourtimes,thistimebringingthe
cylinderrodstoendofstroke.
