CASEAKCELAACTIFULL™OTEXTENDEDLIFECOOLANThastobeusedifrellingofthecoolingsystemis
needed.RefertothededicatedprocedureandrecommendationsdescribedinChapter6.
CASEAKCELAACTIFULL™OTEXTENDEDLIFECOOLANTmustbeusedforthereplacementofenginecoolant
accordingtothemaintenanceprogramofthemachine.Thereplacementshallalsobetackledincaseofrepairor
replacementofcomponentsofthecoolingsystem.RefertothededicatedproceduredescribedinChapter6.
Theenginecoolingsystemshouldalwaysberelledwithcoolantsolutionmadebymixtureofantifreezeanddistilled
(deionized)water.

UsingCASEAKCELAACTIFULL™OTEXTENDEDLIFECOOLANT,a50/50mixtureofantifreezeanddistilled
(deionized)watergrantsproperperformanceoftheenginecoolingsystemintheabovementionedoperatingtemper-
aturerangeofthemachine.
CASEAKCELAACTIFULL™OTEXTENDEDLIFECOOLANTisavailableas:

50/50PREMIXEDcoolantsolutionreadyforusage.
•
CONCENTRATEantifreezetobemixed50/50withdistilled(deionized)water.
NOTICE:Ifoperatinginextremewinterclimate,acoolantsolutionmadeby60/40antifreeze/distilled(deionized)water
mixturemustbeusedinordertograntproperperformanceoftheenginecoolingsystem.
NOTICE:Neverusecoolantsolutionwithmorethan60%ofantifreeze.Thisaffectsthecoolingcapacityofthemixture.
WhenthecoolantsolutionispreparedstartingfromtheCONCENTRATEproduct,theantifreezeconcentrationinthe
mixtureofantifreezeanddistilled(deionized)watercanbedeterminedwitharefractometerdesignedtomeasure
ethyleneglycolcontent.
Ifdistilled(deionized)waterisnotavailable,usewaterfordilutionwiththefollowingproperties:
