Tohandlesuspendedloadsproceedasfollows:
1.Makesuretoknowthemassoftheobjecttobehan-
dledandcompareitwiththedatalistedintheliftable
loadschart(1)locatedinthecab.Donotliftloadsex-
ceedingthemaximumvaluesprescribedbythetable.
NOTICE:Theweightofallliftingaccessoriesandthe
weightofallotherworkingattachmentsuchasbuckets
andcouplersmustbedeductedfromthemaximum
liftingvaluesprescribedbythetable.
2.PresstheONsideoftheoverloadwarningswitch(2)
toactivatetheoverloadwarningalarm.Theoverload
warningalarmisintendedtoavoidliftingofexcessive
loads.Ifanoverloadconditionisdetectedduringthe
handlingoftheload,themessageOVERLOADap-
pearsonthetopofthedisplayandtheoverloadwarn-
ingalarmsounds.
NOTICE:ifanoverloadconditionisdetecteddur-
ingthehandlingoftheload,placetheloadontothe
groundandchecktheloadconditionsmakingrefer-
encetothechartlocatedinsidethecab.
3.Securetheloadwiththeloadhandlingeye(3)located
onthebucketlinkagerod,usingslingingdevicesand
chainsadequatefortheloadtobelifted.Inorderto
limittheswingingoftheload,avoidslingingitwith
cablesand/orchainstoolong.
4.SelecttheAworkmode.
5.Extendthebucketcylindertomidstroke.
6.Checkthesurroundingworkingareaandmakesure
thatthepaththatmaybetravelledwiththeloadisfree
fromobstacles.
7.Liftslowlytheload,avoidingsharpmovementswhich
couldcauseswingingoftheload.Keeptheloadnear
themachine,toimprovethestabilityandoperate,
preferably,alongitslongitudinalaxis,ratherthan
crossways.Lifttheloadfromthegroundtheminimum
heightrequired.
8.Positionandplacetheloadwheredesired,making
surethatitisrestingonasolidbaseappropriatefor
itsmass.
9.Removethechains.
