1.10.2 Updating Firmware from Floppy Disks
Create two update diskettes before starting LFU: one for console
updates and one for I/O. See Section 1.10.3 for an example of the
update procedure.

1. Download the update files from the Internet.
2. On a PC, copy files onto two FAT-formatted diskettes as shown
in Table 1–2.
3. From an OpenVMS system, copy files onto two ODS2-formatted diskettes as
shown in Example 1–12.
