5.3.5 SureVend

This screen displays details of SureVend
TM
acvies.
1. The totals of Cup Drop Failures and SV Assisted vends are displayed directly on the
screen.
2. An opon to Clear Data is available to reset the totals, to prevent errors a conrmaon
is required before the data is reset.
5.4 Diagnoscs
Should a fault occur within the machine the error is logged and a message is displayed. Some
errors may cause the machine to be inoperable.
5.4.1 Acve Errors
This details all the acve errors, lisng them in a table under the headings: a descripon of
the error Event and the Time and Date,
Note: refer to Secon 10.1 Diagnoscs for the complete list of error messages.
5.4.2 Errors History
This displays a table of all the acve errors.
1. Any currently Acve Errors are displayed on screen with the ability to view the fault
details (Event Id, Time and Date) in a table.
2. Any corrected errors will be shown in Errors History. There is the opon to Clear
History from the table, to prevent them being cleared accidentally a conrmaon is
required before the data is reset.
Note: Refer to Secon 10.1 Diagnoscs for a list of error messages.
5.4.3 MDB Logging
When enabled this feature allows a log to be taken of some of the MDB data which can
then be sent to the Chippenham oce for an in depth analysis.
A log is taken by inserng a USB (on which you have created a folder named logsin the
root menu) into the USB3 socket on the atlas board. When the log has been downloaded
onto the sck you will see the screen below and should remove the USB sck.
Note: THE DEBUG LOG ENABLE OPTION IN THE SERVICE MENU MUST ALSO BE ENABLED
FOR AN MDB LOG TO BE TAKEN.
