Automatic parking system plus with remote function (My CUPRA App)
WARNING
The system is only capable of a limited re-
sponse to sudden changes in external condi-
tions. Collisions with other road users may
occur.
●
Do not use the parking system when traic
speeds are in excess of 50 km/h (30 mph).
●
Always keep a safety distance of at least
one vehicle length at junctions.
●
Do not perform automatic parking from
the other side of the road or across several
lanes.
WARNING
The vehicle may roll or move into the path
of oncoming traic, which could lead to acci-
dents with damage to the vehicle and serious
or fatal injuries.
●
Do not stand in the path of the vehicle.
●
Carefully observe the parking process and
the traic and cancel the parking in the CU-
PRA App if a dangerous situation arises.
WARNING
The parking process cannot be carried out
correctly if the roadway is slippery; the vehi-
cle may skid. This can lead to accidents with
damage to the vehicle and serious injuries.
●
Do not use the parking system to park on
frozen or icy roads.
NOTICE
The parking system may suggest parking
spaces that are not suitable for the parking
process due to a lack of boundaries or due to
adjacent objects. This can cause damage to
the vehicle.
●
Do not park next to protruding objects, for
example, loading ramps and parked trailers,
or under overhanging objects.
●
Pay close attention to the parking process
in multi-storey car parks where the parking
space is surrounded by pillars.

WARNING
The operation of the vehicle may be restric-
ted if an incompatible mobile phone is used
(e.g. delayed reaction of the vehicle during
remote parking). This may result in damage
to the vehicle and serious injury.

Check compatibility information in your
mobile phone's app.
1.
Install and launch the CUPRA app on a
compatible mobile phone.
2. Synchronise the mobile phone with the ve-
hicle.
NOTICE
The remote parking function may not work
properly if the mobile phone is damaged (e.g.
the touch screen is damaged) or if the func-
tions are restricted (e.g. delayed reactions to
operation). This can lead to accidents result-
ing in vehicle damage and injuries.

Only use a compatible and fully operational
mobile telephone.
NOTICE
Technical manipulation by the user may in-
terfere with the remote parking process,
which may lead to accidents resulting in vehi-
cle damage and injury.
●
Do not make any modications to the soft-
ware, the mobile phone, its operating system
or the vehicle.
Synchronising and connecting a
mobile
The mobile must be synchronised with the ve-
hicle via Bluetooth®.
To continue using the CUPRA app, the mobile
device only needs to be connected to the ve-
hicle via Bluetooth®.
