3.5.1 Heating insert
In

The Ignite and Ignite+ systems can be operated with metal sleeves called heating
inserts, which are placed around the syringe. The heating inserts ensure good thermal
contact between the syringe heaters of the instrument and differently sized syringes.
Heating inserts are specific to the instrument. See Section 9.5 Ordering information,
on page 130 for more information. The image below shows an Ignite heating insert.
