CHECKING RADIATOR HOSE AND CLAMP(Z)
Check to ensure the radiator hoses
are free from damage and are tight-
ened properly every 200 hours or ev-
ery 6 months, whichever comes rst.
1. If the hose clamps are loose or
water leaks from hose, tighten
clamps securely.
2. If the radiator hoses are swollen,
hardened, cracked, or otherwise
damaged, you must replace the
hoses. Failure to do so could lead
to coolant loss and engine dam-
age. Never perform work while en-
gine is hot.
