4A.6.6 BEFORE TAKE-OFF
1. Position airplane into wind if possible.
2. Parking brake . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . set
CAUTION
For take-off the adjustable backrests must be fixed in the
upright position.
3. Adjustable backrests . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . verify upright position and proper
fixation
4. Safety harnesses. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . on and fastened
5. Passenger door . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . check closed and locked
CAUTION
When operating the doors, pilots/operators must ensure that
there are no obstructions between the doors and the mating
frame, for example seat belts, clothing, etc. When operating
the locking handle do NOT apply undue force.
A slight downward/inward pressure on the doors may be
required to ease the handle operation.
6. LH & RH Pilot doors . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . closed and locked
7. Front baggage doors . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . closed (visual check)
8. Door warning (DOOR OPEN) . . . . . . . . . . . . check no indication
