The name of the data entry field is shown to the left of the entry fields.
Scroll Bar is used when there is further information that extends off the
display. Use the up/down cursor buttons to scroll up and down.
Function Buttons (Softkeys) Up to five softkeys can be displayed, these
correspond to the buttons immediately below the screen. If further function
buttons are available a >> button will be displayed, pressing this will scroll to
the next set of function buttons.
