Printing a Message Loaded in a Group
(1) Press the “Print Enable/Disable"” button to open the “Print” screen.
(2) Select the group to be activated for printing. For example, to activate
Print Group 1, press the “Print Group 1” button and confirm. When
only one group is installed, messages are loaded on Group 1 by default.
(3) The “Print” field will then display “On” and the “Status” field
“Ready”.
(4) The message can now be printed.
If other groups are installed they may be activated for printing in the same
way.
All available groups may be activated for printing by pressing the “Print All”
button.
When printing is active the “Start/Stop” button LED is illuminated green.
Messages can be loaded into groups while the print group is enabled. The
G-Series will prompt the user to confirm that the it is permissible to
overwrite the currently printing message.
Stopping a Print
Either deactivate the group(s) currently activated for printing (refer to
“Deactivating the Group” on page 3-14), or switch off the printer.
