SCREEN DESCRIPTION
The screen presentation has the following basic structures. This changes
depending on the function being performed.
Print Area This details the message to be printed. If in the Edit screen, this
will allow the selected message to be edited as required (inserting components
and moving text etc.)
Currently Loaded Message This shows the name of the message that is
currently loaded for printing and the print group to which it is assigned, and
also (as in the second screen above) shows the name of the message that is
being edited.
Next Functions If further function buttons are available that extend off the
current screen a double arrow symbol will appear >>, this can be pressed to
display the next set of function buttons.
Data Entry Area Within an editable screen, it is possible to change preset
settings or enter data, depending on the type of data entry area. In both cases,
the Edit Button must be pressed to activate the area for editing. For preset
settings, the up/down cursor buttons can then be used to scroll through the
list of available settings, or, in the case of data entry, use the keyboard (data
entry buttons) to insert the data required. Again, in both cases, the Edit
Button must to be pressed to accept the data.
