Assign Groups
The number of heads in a group must be assigned. Refer to “Configuration”
on page 2-8 for a detailed description of available configurations.
Go to Service>Config>Assign Groups:
Number of print heads at
install
Select message mode:
Internal/External or both
Inhibit confirmation
message when putting a
message online to print
Select whether to enable
automatic variable window
- see “Variable Text” on
page 3-32 for more
details.
Group number the print
head is in
Print delay normally set
to 0. Other values can
be set.
Individual Group Setup
2 groups with 1 print head
each
The screen above shows a multi- head, multiple group setup
Stitched Config:
Same group number
Print delay between
print heads.
Offset value between
print heads; either,
12.7mm for stitched, or,
0 mm for Auto Swap or
Parallel Printing (see
page 3-8 for more
details)
Save changes
when complete
The screen above shows a multi-head, single group setup
