CONFIGURING OUTPUTS
The G130i / G230i allows you to configure 4 outputs using the available
D-Type connectors; the G220i / G320i allows 8 outputs to be configured.
In a similar manner to the inputs, the outputs can also be configured:
• Impulse Shutter Open: Opens an installed shutter before printing.
• Impulse Shutter Close: Closes an installed shutter.
• Print Active: Sends a signal that indicates when the G-Series is printing.
• Ready to Print: Output indicates that the G-Series is ready to print.
• Ink Cartridge Empty: Outputs a signal when the defined ink low limit is
passed.
• Counter End: Sends a signal when a defined end value of a counter is
reached.
• Warning: Sends a signal when a warning (amber) error is alerted.
• Amber: Sends a signal when an alarm (red) error is alerted.
• Trigger Output: Triggers an output after a specified distance travelled
from the print-go signal. Primarily intended for triggering 3
rd
party
equipment (e.g., cameras) but can also be linked to an input inside the
G-Series. The distance is configured in Service>Config>Groups.
