13. Monthly maintenance
13.1 Lubrication
Following assemblies of the transfer carriage must be lubricated
monthly
:
–
Spherical bush 2 of the torque shaft
–
Carriage of linear rails
–
Spherical heads
Caution: Danger of bodily injuries !
Turn off main switch.
Switch off the machine before lubricating the lubrication points of the
transfer carriage.
Spherical bush and carriage of the linear rails
Use for the lubrication the commercial antifriction bearing grease.

Install the grease gun adapter, contained in the accessories.

Lubricate the points 1, 2, 3 and 4 by a grease gun so that the old
grease is fully pressed out.
Spherical heads and articulated heads
Use for the lubrication commercial installation paste (e.g.. OKS 260).
