4.5 Winding the hook thread

To wind the hook thread:
1. Fit the thread reel on the reel stand (6).
2. Loosen the nut (5).
3. Set the tube (1) to the height specified above.
4. Turn the tube so that the opening (4) faces the thread guide (3).
5. Tighten the nut (5).
CAUTION
Risk of injury from sharp and moving parts!
Puncture or crushing possible.
Switch off the machine before winding the hook
thread.
Do not reach into the needle tip.
