CONFIGURING MOTION DETECTION
Enter the password of the FTP server
you wish to use here.
Enter the remote folder name on the
FTP server here. If no folder is speci-
fied, all uploaded image files will be
placed in the FTP server‟s root direc-
tory. Please ask the FTP server's
administrator which folder you should
use. Certain usernames may have
restrictions and therefore can not place
files in a directory not owned by the
user.
Select Enable to use passive mode to
send files, or select Disable to not use
this feature.
Some FTP servers require passive
mode, if you are not sure, ask the FTP
server administrator; most FTP servers
will work fine with both modes, but if
you find that non-passive mode is not
working, you can try to use passive
mode.
1. Click Apply to save the settings.
2. Click Upload a Test File to send a file to the FTP
server to confirm the configuration settings are correct.
