Cleaning the condens tray

gas temperature sensor (1);
t Remove the condense tray (2);
t Clean the tray;
t Mount the condense tray;
t &RQQHFWWKHSOXJRIWKHÀXHJDV
temperature sensor.
&OHDQLQJDQGUH¿OOLQJWKHV\SKRQ
t Remove the syphon (3) from the
condensate connection;
t &OHDQDQG¿OOLWZLWKIUHVKZDWHU
t Mount the syphon back in the ori-
ginal position.
Inspection of combustion
chamber
For inspection of the combustion
chamber the mixing system and bur-
ner must be disassembled.
t Switch off the boiler and close the
gas supply;
t Remove the electrical connection
from the fan and gas valve (4);
t Remove the electrical connection
from the electrodes (5);
t Undo the gas connection at the
inlet of the gas valve (6);
t Disassemble the top plate incl.
mixing system (7);
t Remove the burner from the
FRPEXVWLRQFKDPEHU
t ,QVSHFWWKHFRPEXVWLRQFKDPEHU
and clean it with a vacuum clea-
ner if necessary;
t Assemble all components in op-
posite order;
t Open the gas supply and check
all connections for gas leakage;
t Switch on the boiler.
