Number of steps
Number of dispensing steps
The available number of dispensing
steps depends on the setting for Set
volume/step and is automatically set to
the maximum number when Set volume/
step is edited.
Under steps in the "Sequential
dispensing" mode, the selected number
of dispensing steps will be displayed to
the right, and the dispensing step for
the displayed volume will be shown at
the left.
Set counter
The counter counts the number of
dispensing operations performed. The
numerical value of the counter is
increased by 1 when the piston reaches
the basic position after dispensing.
If the piston is in the basic position, you
can alternatively set the counter to 0 by
turning the selection dial forward or
backward.
You can switch the counter on and off in
the Options.
Mixing volume
The mixing volume used after pipetting.
If you change the pipetting volume
under Set volume, the mixing volume
changes accordingly.
