4.5.2 Connecting the FIK-RA100 to the Panel
Connect the FIK-RA100 to the panel as shown in Figure 4.15.

4.6 FIK-RA1000 Remote Annunciator Installation
The optional Model FIK-RA1000 is a remote annunciator that uses a Fireman’s key or access code to reset or silence. Up to 16
annunciators in any combination can be added to the FCP-300/ECS System.

The FIK-RA1000 installation involves the following steps:
1. Make sure power is off at the panel.
2. Mount the FIK-RA1000 in the desired location (see Section Figure 4.6.1).
3. Connect the FIK-RA1000 to the panel (see Section Figure 4.6.2).
4. Use the DIP switches on the back of the FIK-RA1000 to assign an ID# to the FIK-RA1000 (see Section Figure 4.12.1).
5. The new FIK-RA1000 module must be added to the System through programming. JumpStart
®
will add the module
automatically (see Section 8.1). You can also add it manually (see Section 9.2.2). Select a name, if desired (See “Editing
Module ID” on page 121.).
