Inspection DPM High
10
Description
The gage model MMS Inspection DPM High measures all relevant climatic variables such as rel-
ative humidity, air and surface temperature and determine dew point and the temperature dif-
ference between dew point and surface temperature from these variables. All these variables
can be logged continuously. The measuring device can also monitor all climatic variables and a
red signal light warns in case of limit violations.
Gage properties
Ideal for onsite applications (outside and inside) due to the compact size, the light weight and
the robust and durable instrument design
All measurement sensors (humidity, air, surface temperature) are integrated in the gage, for
single-handed operation
Additional temperature sensor can be connected to the gage, e. g., sensor with magnetic
support for continuous measurement of surface temperature
IP65, dust-tight and water repellant and resistant
Intuitive operation of the menu navigation and graphic display
The measurement presentation flips automatically and thus allows optimum reading in dif-
ferent measuring positions
Different languages selectable
Continuous logging all climate variables
Application
Example Monitoring of the climate ambient conditions, which are required for surface varnishing
Gage type
High-end gage with large data memory for 250,000 values in 2500 batches, continuous logging of
the climate values over a longer period of time in a selectable recording interval between 1 to 99
minutes (Log function), optical warning signal when limit values are exceeded, USB and wireless in-
terfaces for data transfer
Metrological Standard Functions Measurement Tasks
Batch File containing all metrological function settings necessary for the measurement task as well as the
climatic values and evaluations
Tolerance limits
Settable, upper and lower limit values for the variables relative humidity (RH), air tempera-
ture (Ta), surface temperature (Ts), dew point (Td) and Ts-Td;
The limits specify also the scaling of Y chart axis of the respective run charts
In case of limit violation, the reading is displayed in red
Monitoring alarm
Settable alarm limit values for the variables relative humidity (RH), air temperature (Ta), sur-
face temperature (Ts), dew point (Td) and Ts-Td;
The optical alarm indicates a limit violation by a red flashing signal light
Log function Automatic data logging according to the given time interval, between 1 to 99 minutes
Hold function Freezing the present displayed values
Measurement displaying Permanent measurement acquisition and displaying
Reading storage
manually by using the Hold function; you can store the readings shown in the frozen display
automatically according to the given time interval, by means of the Log function
Measurement units °C/°F selectable, %RH
