8.1.3 Transfer data via USB to Excel spreadsheet using PC-Datex
Transfer measured values via USB and with the help of the PC-Datex program
to an Excel spreadsheet.
Before you start
MS Excel with the PC-Datex program as an add-in is installed on the PC,
see page 37.
All necessary connection settings have been made in the PC-Datex and in
the gage, see page 37.
In MS Excel, the desired spreadsheet is open.
The desired batch for which you want to transfer the values to the PC
during the measurement is open in the gage.
Navigation

To transfer the climatic values
1. PC, MS Excel: Click in an Excel table field.
2. PC, MS Excel – Activate the online data transfer: click the
Online
command
button in the
PcDatex
tab.

Transferring climatic values during the measurement to an Excel
spreadsheet, see page 40
Transferring all climatic values of the open batch to an Excel spread-
sheet, see page 40
Mixing measured readings
As long as you have not finished the online measurement in PC-Datex, you can
transfer climatic values from measurements with different batches to the open
Excel spreadsheet!
► Finish the online measurement in PC-Datex before you take another
online measurement with a different batch!
