Transfer the climatic values per batch into separate Excel spreadsheets.
To end the measurement
PC, MS Excel: Click the Cancel command button in the PC-Datex window.
If no climatic values are displayed in the Excel spreadsheet after the data
transfer, you need to refresh the MS Excel program window – click on an-
other Excel spreadsheet, for example.
Transferring climatic values during the measurement to an Excel
spreadsheet
Measure, record your climatic values with the gage
The climatic values are transferred to the open Excel spreadsheet during
the measurement – one column per climatic variable, provided that in the
PC-Datex, under "General", the "Number of channels per measurement"
has been set to 5.
Note that only the values stored via the hold function or log function are
transmitted.
What you can do next
View the batch statistics, the Measurement view is open: Main menu ( )
> Statistics > OK; see also page 33.
Delete climatic values stored in the open batch, the Measurement view is
open:
> All Readings > OK > .
Transferring all climatic values of the open batch to an Excel spreadsheet
1. Gage – Start the data transfer: Main menu ( ) > Statistics > OK > >
Export Batch > OK.
The climatic values are transferred to the open Excel spreadsheet – one
column per climatic variable, provided that in the PC-Datex, under
General, the "Number of channels per measurement" has been set to 5.
2. Gage – Confirm the information displayed:
OK
.
3. PC, MS Excel – Finish the data transfer: click the
Cancel
command button
in the
PC-Datex
window.
