8.4.2 Transfer data to an Excel spreadsheet via Bluetooth
Before you start
The PC contains a Bluetooth module and MS Excel with the PC-Datex pro-
gram as an add-in is installed on the PC, see page 37.
The desired parameters for the Bluetooth pairing are set in the gage; see
page 58.
The batteries in the gage have sufficient charging capacity.
All necessary connection settings have been made in the PC-Datex and in
the gage, see page 50.
In MS Excel, the desired spreadsheet is open.
The batch for which you want to transfer the climatic values online to the
PC is open in the gage.
Navigation of gage
: Selects – parameter/value
: Confirms – selection/setting
:Exits – page/menu
To transfer the climatic values
1. PC, MS Excel: Click in an Excel table field.
2. PC, MS Excel – Activate the online data transfer: click the
Online
command
button in the
PcDatex
tab.
Gage: The color of the Bluetooth icon in the header changes to blue.

Mixing measured readings
As long as you have not finished the online measurement in PC-Datex, you can
transfer climatic values from measurements with different batches to the open
Excel spreadsheet!
