• Hold the ink cartridge with its connectors
facing backwards, i.e. towards the back of
the postage meter.
• Insert the ink cartridge into its holder.
• Press the ink cartridge downward to the
stop. The ink cartridge locks into place.
• Insert the second ink cartridge in the same
way.
• Close the flap of the print system:
Push down the flap in the area of the
PostBase Fusion logo until the latch
catches.
Calibration After changing the cartridges, PostBase
calibrates the ink cartridges. The progress of
the process can be followed on the display.
Please be patient until the calibration is
complete.
Cleaning After the ink cartridges have been calibrated,
they are cleaned. The cleaning process
operates automatically.
We recommend checking the print quality by
performing a Test Imprint (see chapter 15.4).
