mail pieces for dispatch by the private carrier DX.
For this purpose, a DX license code is necessary.
For activation of this feature, please contact the FP
aftersales service or your local sales agent.
Error message:
“System Error: The product
going to be printed is a Data
Dependent product …”
At the PostBase One, confirm the error message
with C
ONTINUE.
PostBase One now franks the set product.
Please remember to perform the Data Upload on
the same day.
Franking not possible. No product / postage set because
– mailing data are incomplete or
– weight value is missing.
Check product setting (see chapter 4.1, page 34).
No credit left in the franking machine.
Download postage (see chapter 7, page 61).
Maximum postage value for franking exceeded.
Please contact the system administrator.
Credit of the current user is too low.
Have the system administrator assign new credit.
PC Software Mode is switched on. PostBase One
franks only if data exchange between franking
machine and PC is possible.
Check if the USB cable is plugged properly into the
franking machine and the PC.
Start the FP software (e.g. NavigatorBasic) on the
PC / connect with PostBase One.
