The Home screen still shows the old weight
and the old postage.
• Remove one letter from the stack or from
the box.
• PostBase One determines the change in
weight and calculates the postage value.
• Frank the letter as usual.
• Handle the remaining letters in the same
way.
When you empty the weighing platform,
PostBase One asks you if the set weight is to
be used.
• Acknowledge with Y
ES to frank the last let-
ter of the stack.
Or
• Press NO to discard the displayed weight
(e.g. because you removed the empty box
last). PostBase One does not determine a
postage value.
