On the PostBase One When the desired franking settings are set:
• Frank the mail piece as usual with the
PostBase One or
frank a label.
For each franking, a dataset is transmitted
from the franking machine to the PC and is
booked there.
Disconnect PC connection
• In the pop-up window, choose B
ACK (DIS-
CONNECT).
The connection between PostBase One and
the PC is disconnected. Menu and imprint
settings are accessible via the
PostBase One’s touch screen.
PC Software Mode: ON If the PC Software Mode is active on
Postbase One, you cannot
frank when dis-
connected from the PC.
