1. Enter the following information:
Company Name Enter the company name.
Street Enter the company street address.
City Enter the company city.
State Enter the company state.
Postal Code Enter the company postal code.
Country Enter the company country.

example, data center).
Support Contract Enter the support contract number for the ETERNUS CS800.
2. Click Apply.
