REREQUISITES
GCS with Virtual-GPS software installed
GPS position
When it is difficult to determine the landing heading in a new Quickfield project due to many
obstacles, you can use the Virtual-GPS software to define a accurate landing heading value.
13 Open Virtual-GPS.
14 Position yourself at the landing location and wait until Virtual-GPS has found your GPS
location. The value of Fix Mode will change from No Fix to FIX, 3D when Virtual-GPS has
a locked GPS location.
15 Walk 10 m in the opposite direction of the desired landing direction, clear from all obsta-
cles. The parameter Cur. Course shows the value of the heading of your walking direc-
tion.

heading.

REREQUISITES
GCS with flight plan and associated background map exported from Quickfield to Horizon.
After exporting a flight plan from Quickfield to Horizon, it is important to simulate the flight and
check the following items:
Fully loaded background map
Correct flight plan (flight height, flight lines, turns, ...)
Correct landing circuit
