Process: Percent Step;
Values to set: Low, High, Step Size (%FS), Dwell,
Auto Repeat (On/Off)
Use these buttons to change the value manually by the
specified Step Size.
Use the start and stop buttons to change the value
automatically by the specified Step Size.
Dwell sets the period between each change.
