• During assembly, never do the following from the load platform:
o reach or lean into the travel path during travel.
o allow parts to project into the travel path during ascent/descent.
o stand on the load.
o exit the load platform to climb onto the ladder or building.
5.2 Assembly procedure
Fundamentally, assembly is carried out in accordance with the following
procedure.
1. Erecting the base unit
Aligning the foot section
Attach the foot section Set the rail bracket at 0.9 m
Set the rail bracket at 1.8 m
Fitting the turning unit
Assembling the platform
Cordon off / indicate the hazard area
Connect to the mains electric supply of the operating company
2. Assembly / Anchoring the ladder track
Install the ladder sections and lock
Place the rail brackets
3. Secure the loading positions with the landing level safety doors
4. Check after assembly and before each operation
Check the machine before initial operation
Before commissioning each time, check the machine
5. Instruct authorized personnel to use.
