8.5 Function checks
8.5.1 Check the overload triggering
Check the setting of the overload triggering.
 Evenly load the load platform (without accessories) with test weights
(236 kg  2%).
 Activate the Up button
The load platform must not move, the red
control light (1) on the trolley switch box must
illuminate and an alarm signal must sound.
 The switching contact of the overload limit switch is within the
safety circuit, and both directions of travel are blocked!
Change the overload setting
If the load platform still travels upwards, the adjusting screw (5) of the
limit switch associated with the operating mode must be adjusted until
the limit switch has switched off.

Release the three screws (2).
 Push the limit switch housing in the direction
of the arrow until the red control light
illuminates and the alarm signal sounds.
 Fully tighten the screws (2) and secure
a minimum of one screw using locking
varnish.
