5.5 Securing loading and unloading points
To prevent persons falling, fall protection must be installed at all loading
and unloading points where there is a risk of falling from a height of
more than 2 m.
The landing-level safety door “ECO”, together with the loading ramp on
the load platform, provides safe transfer to the building or scaffold.
 Assembly is described in the assembly instructions for the landing level
safety door.
5.5.1 Limit switch approach bar for landing stop
At a stop position, the limit switch approach bar can be set so that the
load platform ascending stops at the level of the landing-level safety
door.
Assembly
Install the limit switch approach bar at the required stop position, as
described in Chapter 5.4.1.
 Set the height of 1.15 m from the landing
floor to the lower edge of the approach
plate (1).
