Hold the securing lever (4) down
briefly with your left thumb until
the locking lever (3) has moved
slightly in the direction of the
arrow.
Reach around the ladder section and use your right hand to push the
locking lever (3) from the rear in the direction of the arrow until it
latches.
Release the locking lever (3).
The two ladder sections are now locked.
Check: The locking bolts (5)
must protrude beyond the ladder
beam on the narrow side of the
ladder and be easily visible.
Danger to life
Danger to life through fracture of the mast and falling
load platform.
Adhere to the maximum vertical distances of the ladder
ties (refer to Chapter 5.3.1)
After assembling a ladder tie, the ladder must be
correctly aligned using a spirit level.
During assembly, the projecting ladder track can
travel up to a max. 4 m beyond the last rail bracket,
during operation only 3 m (upper edge of the trolley to
the topmost rail bracket below this).
• Thus, in this way, the hoist can be erected to a max. height of 41 m.
