Replace the track roller
 The track roller can be replaced without moving the trolley out of
the ladder track.
 Raise the car above the base unit.
 Switch off the main switch and secure with a padlock against
switching on!
DANGER
Danger to life
Due to the machine being switched on during maintenance/servicing
tasks.
Secure the main switch with a lock against switching on.
Track rollers top
 Release the screws (3) and
remove the safety
bracket (4).
 Release the screws (2) and
remove the track roller (1).
 Install the track roller (1) in
the reverse sequence.
Track rollers bottom
 Release the screws (2) and
remove the track roller (1).
Install the track roller (1) in the
reverse sequence.

The safety bracket (4) must
be installed!
 Turn on main switch.
 Move the car down to the DOWN limit switch.
