Turns the output on when a software
trigger is generated (*TRG).

Returns output trigger status of the
instrument.

Clears over-voltage, over-current and over-
temperature (OVP, OCP, OTP) protection circuits.
It also clears the shutdown and sense protection
circuit. The AC failure protection cannot be
cleared.

Query
Description
Queries the unit to see if a protection circuit has
been tripped.
Syntax
:OUTPut:PROTection:TRIPped?
Return
<boolean>
0 = No protection error
1 = A protection error had occured
