Sets the Delay Time for OCP in seconds for
turning the output off. The delay is set to 0.1 by
default.

Parameter
<NR2>
0.1~2.0 seconds, where 0=no delay
MAX
The maximum allowed delay time
MIN
The minimum allowed delay time
Return parameter
<NR2>
Returns the delay time in seconds

Sets the current protection delay to the maximum.
