  If the Secure Digital Memory (SD) card is not recognized by the Hach Controller, make sure the SD card is correctly oriented with the copper traces facing toward the controller display. Ensure the SD card is fully seated in the slot and the spring lock is engaged. Verify the SD card is formatted with a Fat 32 format (MMC format is not supported), is not larger than 32 GB, and is indeed an SD card, as other types (xSD, micro SD, mini SD) will not work.

  If the Hach Controller cannot find software updates on the SD card, ensure an appropriate folder is created by installing the SD card in the sc200 to automatically create an update folder. Also, install the SD card on a PC and ensure the software files are located in the appropriate update folder. If using the same SD card with multiple controllers, ensure the software updates are in the folder dedicated to the controller in use.
