SDI Embedded Parameters
6.4.2 Channel
Use the Channel parameter to select the stereophonic audio channel in the group. The
stereophonic channel is represented by two R&L channels (pairs 1+2 and 3+4).
To set the channel, on the front panel:
1. Navigate
Root > Configuration > Audio > [Audio Channel#] > Embedded Parameters > Channel.
2. Select the channel.
To set the channels, on the front panel for each Dolby Digital 5.1 channel set group:
■ Navigate Root > Configuration > Audio > [Audio Channel#] > L/
R DD 5.1 Embedded Params > Channel.
❖ Select the channel.
■ Navigate Root > Configuration > Audio > [Audio Channel#] > C/
LFE DD 5.1 Embedded Params > Channel.
❖ Select the channel.
■ Navigate Root > Configuration > Audio > [Audio Channel#] > LS/
RS DD 5.1 Embedded Params > Channel.
❖ Select the channel.
The available options are a list of the available channel pairs (or single stereophonic channels) in
the group. Each group holds four channels (2 single stereophonic channels).
To set the Channel parameter in the Web Manager Embedded Parameters menu:
1. Select Audio > Aud#.
2. Select the channel in the Embedded parameters box.
