Input Interface Configuration
The Inputs configuration sub-menu/tab enables you to set the input interface parameters and
defines input interfaces for a given input signal (ASI, IP or Serial) on the Ellipse Series of
Contribution Encoders.
9.1 General
The Input Interface menu contains the following sub-menus (see Figure 9–1):
■ ASI Input Menu – Allows setting the DVB-ASI input interface parameters
(see 9.2 DVB-ASI Input).
■ IP Input Menu – Allows setting the IP input interface parameters (see 9.3 IP Input Menu (MPE
input)).
■ Serial Input Menu – Allows setting the serial input (low speed data, LSD) interface parameters
(see 9.4 Serial (Low Speed Data) Input Menu).
Front Panel
To set the Inputs parameters on the front panel:
❖ Navigate Root > Configuration > Inputs (see the following example).
Web Manager
To access the Input Interface menu in the Web Manager:
❖ Select the Inputs tab.
