Judging measured values by setting a reference value and tolerance
(BIN Measurement Function)
Example: In the 20Ω range, set up two comparisons using a reference value and
tolerance for each (BIN0:Reference value 15 Ω/tolerance: 5%, BIN2:Reference value
15 Ω/tolerance: 2%).
