Use the strap to avoid dropping the instrument while carrying, or when you need to
hang it on a hook.
2.5 Attaching the Carrying Strap
Attach the strap securely to the strap holes in two places on the protec-
tor. If the strap is not sufficiently secure, the instrument may drop while
being carried, resulting in damage.

Feed the strap
through the buckle.
Put the end of the
strap under the
retaining loop.

Push the strap through one of the
strap holes on the instrument.
Repeat the same
procedure with the
other end of the
strap and the other
strap hole.

Feed the strap through
the buckle so that it is
tight and not twisted.
