1、CHECK
1).Checking the cylinder and piston
• cylinder and piston walls Vertical
scratches
Rebore or replace the cylinde
r
and the piston.
2).Checking the piston rings
• piston ring
(Insert in cylinder piston ring will be ,and ①
measure the end gap.)
NOTE:
Check whether the piston and the piston
groove is cracked and abraded.
3).Checking the piston pin
• piston pin
Blue discoloration/grooves
Replace, then
check the lubrication system.
2、
MEASURE
• At the top, the middle and the bottom of the
piston stroke.
NOTE:
Measure the bore diameter at directions of
right-angle intersection.
Repairing limit value
Out of roundness:0.10mm
Taper:0.10mm
• The external diameter 10mm above the bottom
of the piston skirt.。
NOTE:
Repair limit on the clearance between the pis-
ton and cylinder.
Repairing limit value 0.10mm
• ring end gap
Out of specification Replace.
Repairing limit value
Top ring/2nd ring:0.5mm
