Tip: You can use other methods to power on a server blade, such as
clicking Resources
tab > Modules > All Modules > Server blades>
Power ON button or using the remote console.
5. Select CD boot from EFI setup menu.
When the server blade startup window shows <F1> Setup, press F1
key
to start EFI setup menu, and execute CD-boot. For details, see the Hitachi
Compute Blade 500 Series EFI User's Guide.
6. CBTP starts up.
In a few minutes after CD-boot is executed, CBTP starts up. For details
CBTP operation, see the Hitachi Compute Blade 500 Series System
Service Manual.
7. Power off the server blade.
When CBTP is completely executed, power off the server blade in CBTP
tab pane. Then, the mounted ISO image is automatically unmounted. If
you need to execute CBTP again, return to step 2, Mount the ISO image
on a server blade, and follow the procedure once more.
Tip: The ISO image is automatically unmounted if you power off the
server blade in other methods.
