【Notes when replacing board】
●Be sure to turn power off before replacing the board.
●After replacing the board, set the contrast of LCD to “5”, and then use the LCD
contrast adjustment VR to adjust the contrast.
●After replacing the board, reset the date and time.
●Before replacing the board, use the procedure below to save the data to Memory
card. After replacing the board, recover the data:
(1) Use the data copy function to save the data to Memory card (IJP →
Memory card).
(2) Replace the EZJ102 board.
(3) Perform system reset.
(4) Execute downloading. (This is not necessary when the version of controller
block is identical to that of engine block.)
(5) Use the data copy function to recover the data from Memory card (Memory
card → IJP).
(6) As the operation management, operating time management values and
password setup are not copied up by the data copy function, enter them
again.










●When the EZJ102 board is replaced in the status where data copy is not possible,
perform settings and adjustments following the table below.


The data copy function includes a user mode and service personnel maintenance
mode: The types of data to be copied are different for each of these modes. When
replacing the EZJ102 board, set to the service personnel maintenance mode,
because the printer unique data must be data copy.

・Service personnel maintenance mode : Use data (same as above) and setup
