a. Disconnect each power cord from the power source.
b. Disconnect each power cord from the server.
3. Do one of the following:
• Extend the server from the rack.
• Remove the server from the rack.
4. Remove the access panel.
5. Remove the rear wall blank or riser.
6. Remove the OCP NIC
30 adapter blank.

Some servers provide a locking latch. Lift the locking latch, and then slide the OCP NIC 30 adapter through the rear
of the chassis. Align and install the OCP NIC 30 adapter into the slot. Press firmly to fully seat the adapter into the
connector. Rotate the latch to lock the adapter in place.
8. Connect the power and data cables.
