Settings Procedure
Enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2.
NOTE
You must enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2
when the HTTPS protocol is used to
access the camera. Otherwise, the
camera WebUI cannot be opened.
1. Choose Tools > Internet
Options.
The Internet Options dialog box
is displayed.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Select Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS
1.2.
4. Click OK.
Set Use Pop-up Blocker to Disable. 1. Choose Tools > Internet
Options.
The Internet Options dialog box
is displayed.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Select Internet.
4. Click Custom level.
The Security Settings-Internet
Zone dialog box is displayed.
5. Set Use Pop-up Blocker to
Disable.
6. Click OK.
6. Choose View > Network/Time > Second Protocol Parameters, and select
Enable ONVIF.
