If a base is not level, put washers under it, as shown by (2) in the following gure.

Step 10 Tighten the expansion bolts, as shown by (3) in the preceding gure.
Step 11 Secure other bases in the same way.
Step 12 Connect bases using connecting plates, as shown by (1) in the following gure.
