If a base is not level, put washers under it, as shown by (2) in the following gure.

Step 10 Tighten the expansion bolts, as shown by (3) in the preceding gure.
Step 11 Secure other bases in the same way.
Step 12 Connect bases using connecting plates, as shown by (1) in the following gure.
