Overload capability Inverter overload capability:
0°C to 30°C:
100% < load ≤ 105%: works for a long time
105% < load ≤ 110%: transfers to bypass mode
after 60 minutes
110% < load ≤ 125%: transfers to bypass mode
after 10 minutes (tolerance ± 0.1 minutes)
125% < load ≤ 150%: transfers to bypass mode
after 1 minute
Load > 150% or a short circuit occurs: works for
200 ms
30°C to 40°C:
100% < load ≤ 105%: works for a long term
105% < load ≤ 110%: transfers to bypass mode
after 60 minutes
110% < load ≤ 125%: transfers to bypass mode
after 3 minutes (tolerance ±0.1 minutes)
125% < load ≤ 150%: transfers to bypass mode
after 30s
Load > 150% or a short circuit occurs: works for
200 ms
Bypass overload capability:
30°C environment: works for a long term at 135%
load
40°C environment: works for a long term at 125%
load
If the bypass single-phase or three-phase has
150%–200% load, the bypass can keep working for
5 minutes.
If the bypass single-phase or three-phase has more
than 200% load, the bypass can keep working for 1
minute.
If the load exceeds 1000%, the bypass can keep
working for 100 ms.
(Note: current test under the 400 V AC voltage
system)
